<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span style="font-family:" microsoft="" sans="" serif",sans-serif"="">Classes include practices of awareness, breath, movement and meditation.&nbsp; Each class is themed to offer tools and insight for tranforming stress and worry.&nbsp; The classes are meant to build on one another.&nbsp; It's okay if you miss a class or two; you'll be able to pick up where you left off.&nbsp; The tools you learn are meant to be used in daily life so you can experience less tension and pressure when things feel chaotic.&nbsp; All Levels Welcome, No Yoga Experience Needed.&nbsp; Fully Led Class.&nbsp; Students will receive a welcome email from the instructor before the series begins.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
